What does this cost?
The initial consultation and scoping workshop are free. The full one-week engagement — discovery, multiple test runs, retests and a debrief with analytical report — starts at £4,995.
You only commit once you've seen the test plan. If it doesn't look right, you keep the plan and walk away — no obligation.
Will your testing affect our live systems?
No. All load tests run against staging or pre-production environments, or against live infrastructure during agreed 2-4 hour out-of-hours windows.
We never push synthetic traffic at your live numbers during Clearing or during the working day. Every test window is signed off in writing before traffic flows.
How long before Clearing should we engage you?
Ideally 2–4 weeks ahead. The engagement itself runs to 1 week — that gives you a buffer for any remediation between findings and Clearing day.
Last-minute engagements are possible but reduce remediation room. After early August we usually only have capacity for go-live monitoring rather than full prep.
What data do you need from us?
For the workshop: an IVR call-flow diagram, the names of your contact-centre platform and any fallback, and previous-year Clearing volumes if you have them.
We don't need: applicant data, CRM access, or anything containing PII.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're UK-based, store all engagement data in UK/EU regions, and sign a standard DPA before any data exchange. Our test traffic uses synthetic identifiers — no real personal data ever touches our systems.
We're on a niche / on-prem platform — can you still help?
Almost certainly yes. With 15+ years independently performance-testing UK university Clearing infrastructure, we work agnostic of platform — Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Telco, BT, Vodafone, on-prem — and have run tests against everything from cloud-native to 15-year-old stacks.
Can we share the final report with our board?
